Almost all products shipped by VastSee.com are through sea shipping. We would like to use our own forwarder and the shipping companies you can choose from Maersk, APL, Cosco etc., since we have partnered with numerous logistic companies over the past years, every time you inquired us with your detailed requirements like quanitity, destination we will be able to quote you the best shipping cost upon which shipping company you choose. We will make every step to be clear enough to make you feel at ease.

On some emergency occasions, we will dispatch the goods by air. The freight should be beared by buyers’ account if buyers insisting using air shipping.

Return

We will consider giving you full refund or some other solving ways once we can confirm that it is the product quality defective within 3 months you received the goods. But the returned goods must be untacked and keep the original packing like when you received it, otherwise we will reject returning & refunding.
